Where is Key Impressions located?We’re excited to share that we’ve purchased a new office and are in the process of transforming it into an innovative new brokerage! While renovations are underway, we’re temporarily without a physical office, but we’re always available to assist you. Stay tuned for updates on our grand opening!

Does Key Impressions carry an errors and omissions policy?Yes we sure do! The charge is already included for our sales associates who are MLS members – they pay nothing extra!

Does Key Impressions provide me with an internet presence?Yes, we provide all of our agents with a beautiful IDX powered agent webpage at no charge! The webpages have lead capture forms and when a prospect inquires on a property the lead is sent directly to your inbox. The best part is you can point your own domain right to your Key Impressions agent website.

How do I collect my check when I close a transaction?Our agents get paid at the closing. In other words, the Title Company or Attorney conducting the closing pays your portion of the commission directly TO YOU at the closing table.

Does Key Impressions provide agent training and meetings?Yes! We have training meetings on the first and third Thursdays each month.

Does Key Impressions provide administrative support?Yes! We have an administrator that looks over the documents to be sure it is all complete and turned in before closing.

What type of E signature program does Key Impressions use?We use a very simple but robust E signature platfrom called Appfiles.
